I downloaded the small version, and it seems like the subs are awfully off-synch.

In the AVI version at least, the subs are for an episode called 'Zenryoku Pickaxe,' not this epsiode, 'Zenryoku Security.' There seems to be no relationship between the subs and the dialogue.

Should be fixed now.
