Looking for an additional translator...
2010-02-27, 05:45
We basically have everyone we need on the karaoke, timing, encoding, seeding and everything else related to keeping this fansub going, but what we really need is a translation checker. If you think you can help out with that and don't mind setting some time out to volunteer in helping to do that, contact me directly through replying here or sending me a message.
I'd like to have someone assist on translating Zorori, Okojo is fine and Zenryoku are only 10 min episodes. Zorori, however, is about 21 minutes long and takes quite a bit of time with the jokes and puns interpretation.
*If anyone also knows Spanish very well, please also give me a shout
Thanks,
Acru

I really want to help but I am unfortunately not that knowledgeable in any language but English at this time. I am currently in Spanish III in high school but I'm not doing very well in that class. I guess I'll just help in donations whenever I have some money to give.

I'm half tempted to put the donation page back up just so I can get the books and whatnot of Zorori and scan it in, the original books at least continue the storyline
Some other artists have done Zorori as well and have done such a great job at drawing Zorori it looks as good as the anime

Yeah, I've seen a lot of great Zorori art online. I really wish I knew how to draw but I sadly lack that talent. That doesn't stop me from trying though. Well, if you do put the donation page back up, I'll be sure to contribute a bit in the future.

If you still need someone who can translate from Spanish to English, I can help as well. I'm of a hispanic background and I know Spanish very well. (I have to as I have some relatives who know only Spanish.)
