How'd you got season 3? I researched over the internet to see if there really is season 3 but I found only two seasons and two movies...

Well technically season 2 is the final season, but it's split between two parts: The Magic Country Arc that spans 50 episodes, and the Search for the Minus Eel Arc, that lasts for most of the rest of the series before it finishes out with the cancelled Robot Maid Arc. We're counting the episodes after The Magic Country Arc as season three, because the DVDs have it listed as "Zekkochou! Majime ni Fumajime Kaiketsu Zorori" and give them their own numbering. I hope that clears things up.
