Surprisingly this movie just came out on DVD and Blu-Ray in the U.S.

Target and Barnes & Noble have it on DVD for 12.99 and Blu-Ray for 14.99, I'm fairly sure other big retailers got it too.

Its a good chance to get the movie watch the making of, and support Production I.G. the animation house behind it.
